Pump House Partners was formed in February 2005 in order to acquire land and develop luxury homes for residential subdivisions in the greater Birmingham area. The members of Pump House Partners are Russell Building Company and Mitchell Investment Company. Although the initial purpose for forming the new company was to complete construction of Pump House Lane, the company is actively pursuing opportunities with other land development and home improvement ventures.
